Living in the Present Moment

During her visit with us in August, 2009, Venerable Chantal gave a special teaching on living in the present moment, or mindful living. In the following selection, she discusses the two main Buddhist meditation techniques -samatha and vipassana- and how they lead to concentration and wisdom.
